Benefits

The Compass Award supports families in raising confident, capable, and connected kids.

Along the way, young people develop character strengths, life skills, and personal capabilities that support their well-being, resilience, and growth — all while spending meaningful, screen-free time with their family.

The program helps children discover what they enjoy.

It allows them to set personal goals, and try new things in a safe and supported way. It also encourages them to give back, build social connections, and develop a healthy sense of independence — all within a framework designed to meet them where they are.

The Compass Award is fully flexible and tailored to the individual. It’s noncompetitive, interest-led, and celebrates progress, effort and character, not perfection.

With parents or caregivers acting as mentors, the program becomes a shared journey that nurtures responsibility, reflection and personal achievement — and helps children thrive.
